Relaxing afterwards

Relaxing afterwards

This is my own personal advice and from my experiences, I thought I would do a quick post and little tips that I found that help. Feel free to add some in the comments and I’ll edit the post to reflect it.

1. Go with someone that you are close with (if you can). It doesn’t have to be a partner, grab a couple of close friends and go together

2. Do something fun afterwards whether it’s going to the beach, out for drinks or anything that makes you feel better

3. Do the same thing when you go back to get the results.

4. Relax and breathe. No one wants to get tested but it’s essential for you and your partners health.

5. Be completely honest with the activities you do and if and what type of protection you use.

What are some of your tips? I just named a few to see what others have to share

Getting tested on a regular basis is important to me, even when I don’t have any new parters I put it on my Outlook calender and make regular appointments every 6 months.

I don’t think it gets enough attention and most people I know don’t get tested on a regular basis. It’s what I do to stay healthy even though I take every pre-caution necessary. I bring my own rope when I’m going to be doing anything that evolves crotch rope, my own toys in most circumstances and numerous other measures.

However when you can get certain STD even from kissing, where do you draw the line on how safe you are? Herpes is a perfect example, the majority of the population have it, I’m a miniority and don’t. However you can easily get it as a child or a hot make out. Most people don’t know that they have it. I’m curious on where others stand about what they think are necessary measures to keep themselves and their partners safe? How often do you get tested?
