Life has been crazy lately. I recently got a new job that starts on Monday, which I’m excited about but it’s a big change. These past two weeks have been filled with tasks and activities that need to get done. I’ve had a week and a half to finish up outstanding projects, inform my co-workers of some of steps I do with certain clients and generally clean up. Only two more days until I close that door on that part of my life. Plus, I have to buy a whole new waredrobe as I’m leaving a place where jeans and whatever was the standard.
PG has also been away for 2 weeks now and will be gone for another 2 weeks. I thought I would have more free time to catch up on some stuff but life has kept me busy. We’ve been together for almost 3 years and this is one of the longest periods we haven’t seen each other and considering how close we are, it’s been a bit difficult. It’s the simpler things I missed like the cuddles, tuck ins, kisses and the daily talks. I miss the play as well but that’s secondary to all the things above. I was planning on setting up some play dates to keep me bruised and my endorphines up but unfortunately I don’t have the time to have some fun. I did go on a couple of dates though but it didn’t end in a hot, sexy scene. I’m poly but I don’t have enough time for another partners besides play dates.
I’ll be catching up on a couple of reviews over the next bit, now to get some time to invite some people over to review the non-solo toys. I’m finally almost all better.
