Here in Vancouver, we are getting dumped on by the snow. Being from out east originally, I find it assuming on how this city reacts to it and how the whole city pretty much is shutting down. People are constantly getting stuck on the side streets as their cars aren’t equipped with snow tires or chains, buses are getting stuck due to frozen lines and people are heading out into the snow unprepared. Granted, Vancouver isn’t use but cities like Seattle are reacting better then we are.

I’m safely home right now but it looks like my Christmas plans might get cancelled if I can’t get on transit to head out to a Christmas Eve kinky party and then spend the day with a friend tomorrow. On a positive note, my friend lives on the street next to me. If we can’t make it out to the Christmas Eve party, we are planning on hanging out for the evening.
